Bucking the Trend
Downtown Denver is predominantly lofts and contemporary condos but Riverfront Tower is the exception to the norm, and we're grateful for that!
The Finer Details
Anchoring the plaza located at the foot of the Millennium Bridge, Riverfront Tower is stately, iconic and elegant.
Its clock tower is immediately recognizable from areas around town and while not as pedigreed as the Daniels and Fisher Tower in the Central Business District, as a fan of wristwatches, you'll never hear me complain about having an analog clock around.
A Traditional Approach
Focusing on traditional design aesthetics, the exterior of the building incorporates classic design components including arched entryways, a brick and stone exterior facade, curved clocktower and canopies extending over the ground floor retail spaces.
“Riverfront Tower is the young kid who makes classic dress, cool and fresh”
Inside Scoop
Given the building's newer construction, the floorplans are modern and the windows, while not always floor-to-ceiling, are much larger than the historic condos in Cheesman Park.
What you do get, which I love, is crown molding, paneled doors and cabinetry and concealed HVAC and plumbing stacks which provide an elegant touch.
