LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR) is proud to announce that 97 luxury real estate brokers from the firm were recognized as Denver’s Top Real Estate Producers by 5280 Magazine based on their superior services and sales achievements from 2018.
This year, 5280 Magazine identified and recognized outstanding real estate service providers within Denver. Individual agents and teams were awarded either Black Diamond status or Double Black Diamond status based on their sales performances during 2018. Individuals ranked as a Black Diamond professional achieved a minimum of $10 million in sales volume in 2018, teams of agents that received the Black Diamond status achieved a minimum of $15 million in sales volume during the same time frame. In order for individual agents to receive the Double Black Diamond designation, they are required to have reached a minimum of $20 million in sales volume. Teams of agents that were named as Double Black Diamond professionals achieved $30 million or more in sales volume in 2018.
