Urban Matchmaking
Are you a city dweller dreaming of a spacious townhome?
Your day is about to get a whole lot better because we've found what you've been looking for!
A Special Touch
When the tiny enclave of townhomes was built in 2005, downtown Denver was a much different city. We all hoped Denver would mature into a cosmopolitan locale but in many ways it was inconceivable. Lucky for us, the small-town approach yielded twenty-three beautiful townhomes that would never be constructed on this same plot of land today.
Innovative Offerings
Elevated along the bank of Cherry Creek, East West Partners and OZ Architecture conceived a new concept of urban living.
Filling a void in the market place, the townhomes combine privacy, space, outdoor living and accessibility in a handsome package unique to Denver.
